PT. Kreasi Inovasi Global ("we", "us") builds the NWRITTEN AI Platform, an app used by sales reps to capture customer interactions and manage their pipeline. This policy explains what we collect from you as a sales rep, what we collect about your customers, and your rights.
Your employer is the data controller, responsible for lawful data collection. We process data on their behalf under Indonesian data protection law (UU PDP).
Account information. Your name and contact details, set up by your organization's administrator, so you can log in and access the app.
Voice recordings. When you record a customer conversation, we analyze the audio to generate coaching feedback and quality insights for you, never for advertising. Recording only occurs with the customer's explicit consent; if consent is not detected in the recording, it is automatically deleted before further processing.
Your location. We record your location each time you capture an interaction. If your organization has enabled continuous location tracking, we also track your location throughout your working hours.
Messages and photos. If you submit a WhatsApp conversation or a photo from a customer visit, we store it to document that interaction. Customer-authored messages are kept only with the customer's consent.
AI-generated insights. We generate coaching summaries for you and customer-preference insights for your organization from the data above. You may raise an objection through your employer if you believe this analysis is affecting you unfairly.
Voice recordings are retained for one month, then deleted. Other data is retained for as long as your organization uses our platform, or deleted earlier on request within 60 days.
Data is stored on servers in Singapore. Some AI processing is performed by providers outside Indonesia under contractual safeguards, and these providers are prohibited from using your data to train their own AI models. We do not sell data, and we share it only with these contracted providers.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time at support@nwritten.com. Requests about a customer's data are generally routed through your organization.
We apply technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
We will post updates to this policy here and notify you in the app.
